Spicy Chili Linguine Pasta with Chili Bomb

Spicy pasta made through traditional Italian methods

Experience the fiery flavors of Calabria with a spicy pasta recipe that will excite your palate. It is recommended to taste the pasta and the chilli bomb mixture separately, so you obtain an idea of how spicy you’d like your recipe to be.

Ingredients for spicy pepperoncini recipe

  • Red Chilli Linguine Pasta
  • Chilli Bomb (Garlic Oil & Chilli Peppers Mix)
  • Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Boil the spicy pasta

Step 1:

Boil 6 quarts of water and add a dash of salt. Cook for 6-7 minutes while stirring occasionally for an al dente pasta. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute.

Add garlic, chili sauce, and cheese

Step 2:

Remove from heat and drain pasta. Return pasta to pot and add a spoonful of chili bomb (garlic, oil, and chilli pepper), grated pecorino romano, and salt and pepper (to taste). Use clamps to toss until the pasta is fully coated.

Warning: The spicy chilli linguine pasta is already spicy as is, so please add little by little of the chilli bomb mixture before adding the full spoonful.

Serve and garnish with cheese
