Spicy Chili Linguine Pasta with Chili Bomb
Experience the fiery flavors of Calabria with a spicy pasta recipe that will excite your palate. It is recommended to taste the pasta and the chilli bomb mixture separately, so you obtain an idea of how spicy you’d like your recipe to be.
- Red Chilli Linguine Pasta
- Chilli Bomb (Garlic Oil & Chilli Peppers Mix)
- Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
Boil 6 quarts of water and add a dash of salt. Cook for 6-7 minutes while stirring occasionally for an al dente pasta. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and drain pasta. Return pasta to pot and add a spoonful of chili bomb (garlic, oil, and chilli pepper), grated pecorino romano, and salt and pepper (to taste). Use clamps to toss until the pasta is fully coated.
