Then lastly, for those who love to feel the fire in their mouth, there is the oh so HOT Hamajang. Its name translates to “messed up” in Pidgin English because this sauce will MESS YOU UP! The sauce is created by blending Kiawe (relative to mesquite), fresh smoked Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Peppers), and fresh smoked Habanero to make a very spicy but quite enjoyable experience.
