To make a deliciously smooth and creamy hot chocolate, break up the chocolate you are going to use into little bits. Heat up some milk in a pan and when it starts to get warm, put in the bits of chocolate (63 g per cup). Keep Stirring until the milk begins to boil. Traditionally, Spaniards like to dip churros into their cup of Valor Cao hot chocolate.
