If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, next conditions will be considered:

• All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Returned  or exchange items must be returned in original packaging.
• Returned or exchange items must have no visible signs of use.
• Returned or exchange items transaction will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with the receipt or send an email to info@terramarimports.com to get an authorization of the transaction, if possible, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return and open the return case.

. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. Then you have 7 calendar days to send the package back to the store. Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
