Valencia, Spain is famously known as the birthplace of Paella and there is no better way to enjoy it with your family than the way the founders did. Starting as a farmer’s dish, Valencian paella originally used rabbit, snails, and beans. If you have reservations about adding snails, we have our own selection tested by TerraMar, but chicken or your choice of seafood work splendidly. Included in the packets are the same spices they used in authentic Valencian paella such as saffron, garlic, rosemary, and thyme, among others.
